Terms of Business

The customers attention is drawn to the following terms of business.

CLAUSE 1 – Identity:

CLAUSE 2 – Prices:

The price and duration of driving tuition is as stated on the scale of charges.

In the event that pre-pay deals are not completed before you pass the practical test with us, any used training time will be re-calculated at the normal lesson rate and the remainder refunded accordingly.

CLAUSE 3 – The Driving Test:

Application for a Driving Test is advised when the customers progress is expected to be maintained and the school will make every effort to ensure that the required standard is reached. However, if necessary, the school will advise postponement if, in it’s considered opinion, the customer has not for any reason reached a satisfactory stage of driving competence. This is intended to save a customers time, expense and unnecessary failure

CLAUSE 4 – Cancellation:

Please give 24 hours notice of cancellation of lesson appointments.  If this is not possible, due to unforeseen circumstances, a phone call or text message at any time is much appreciated. Where a customer fails to attend as arranged and / or 24 hours notice of cancellation is not given the full lesson charge will be incurred due to the school being unable to re-book the lesson.

CLAUSE 5 – Complaints:

A customer wishing to make a complaint should do so no more than seven days after the date on which the cause for complaint arose. While every effort will be made by the school to resolve any complaint, should any dispute arise, these terms of business shall form the basis of negotiation. In the case of an unresolved dispute reference may be made to the Driving Standards Agency who will consider the matter and advise accordingly.
